Nathan Mitchell Stamm​

Director and Chef Instructor

A well-seasoned professional with a wealth of experience, Mitch has served as the Executive Director of The Bread Bakers Guild of America, Associate Instructor at Johnson and Wales University, Providence, Pastry Chef, Publisher, Jury Member-Mundial Du Pain, France, Coach of USA Baking team and a host of enviable accolades which make him the best person to spearhead the vision of BGIG.

Melissa Otubea Darko

Director & Instructor

Melissa has served as Jury at Coupe Du Monde de la Patisserie in France, holds a certificate in Plant Based Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu and is Director/Instructor at BGIG.
